My Journey: From Challenges to Empowerment

Hi, I’m Rochelle Franzen. Fitness has been a cornerstone of my life since I was a teenager, but it wasn’t until I faced some of my most transformative challenges that I truly understood its power. Recently, I went through a divorce—a turning point that not only empowered me as a woman but also inspired me to pursue my own business and build a brand that reflects my passion for wellness and personal growth.

While working a 9-to-5 job, I gained invaluable insight into the lives of the women I now serve. I experienced firsthand the daily struggles—balancing work, family, and self-care—feeling like there was never enough time. This experience deepened my understanding of my audience because I was in their shoes. I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin, and I also know how transformative it can be to reclaim your time and energy through fitness.

Today, I use these lessons to help women overcome the same obstacles. My mission is to empower busy women, especially those over 40, to embrace their strength, confidence, and well-being through personalized fitness and nutrition programs that fit into even the busiest schedules.
